I use Pipex, costs �23/month for a 2mb unlimited connection.

You are not tied into a 12 month contract like other providers, you only have to pay 3 months 'rental' to end the contract.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SIGN UP WITH TISCALI !!!! They are UK's worst ISP (see ispreview.co.uk complaints page). It took me over 8 weeks to rid them so I could go with another isp.. they tell loads of lies.. I was with them 5 years so I know.
I'm with NAIMS, they are a virtual isp and use the V21 service.
I pay �24.99 pm for 1mb adsl, but new customers can get the same for �19.99 pm.
