How come different hair on different parts of the body grows to different lengths?

Has a different function.

Although, many of the functions are now ineffective due to evolution and would be obsolete at any rate.

Coz if your toe hair grew to the lenghth your head hair grew to then you wud not be able to wear shoes.

euwww..... toe hair. I hate body hair.
