So the last members of Team GB were announced yesterday.

We have competitors in 11 of the 15 Olympic disciplines.

Biathlon is the event that combines Cross Country Skiing and Rifle Shooting. You know the one, where they ski up to the shooting zone, shoot at a teeny target way in the distance, through buffeting wind, and get penalised I they don't hit the target.

We have two competitors.

Lee was part of the GB team at Vancouver. He's been voted British Olympic Athlete Of The Year three times. He's in the Army. He comes from Stockton On Tees.

Amanda is also in the Army. She's from Coventry. Like Chemmy Alcott, she does most of her training in Norway.

Most ski resorts have loos where you have to stand or squat over them, sandy.

Actually, I think those Russian loos look quite jolly. At least you can carry on having a natter.

But what about the pong? If Amanda Lightfoot, for example, was sharing with me she might think we were under a gas attack from Chetchen Separatists if I dropped one.

I've got a couple of friends who, if they stay at my place, always seem to come in and use the loo when I'm in the bath.
