Are You Sceptical About 'sixth Sense'?

I already am sceptical about it. But that doesn't stop me being interested in other people's unusual experiences or finding out why they believe in it.
This article by no means fully debunks the phenomenon but covers an interesting aspect of human perception - we can "sense change" in a scene even though, under controlled experimental conditions, we can't put into words what the nature of the change was.

I think the article, or perhaps the experiment is a bit daft. If you show someone two pictures in the way described, that's got nothing to do with ESP or so called 6th sense. It's an experiment in visual perception.

What were the other three article links about? I've not looked at them, since the titles alone don't seem to relate to this topic.
By way of a Techy sidetrack, I always wondered whether long URLs, like your first attempt contain embedded information which could identify you or the computer you were using, or you were signed in on a user account at the website. Have to be careful what you cut and paste, sometimes.
Is it possible to report one of your own posts, on AB?

1-5 Sight, Smell, Touch, Taste, Hearing.
6- Proprioception.
The sixth sense is the one, in the absence of which when you've had too much to drink, has you staggering about, colliding with lamp posts, and ending up sleeping on the floor after unsuccessfully trying to get into bed!
Now, would you be proposing there is a seventh sense? Perhaps there is and we could call it 'intuition'.

Proprioception is something which only bio-scientists, doctors, habitual QI viewers and those with a high level of curiosity would have heard of.
There are nerves in the skin which sense pressure, well below the skin, nerves which sense heat and cold and (I've forgotten the details) all manner of other sensory cells which don't sit with the first five.
As for 'intuition', I'm being pedantic but to 'intuit' something you need to be able to "add two and two together". That's to say you require knowledge of things before you can put two, or more, facts together to draw a conclusion.

The human mind is very acute at 'sensing' changes in its perceptual field, perceptions derived from already well established senses such as vision and hearing. Doesn't make much sense to add another to the list when they're simply ignoring the primary source of the sensory information the mind is responding to.

I mind on a doctor saying he could predict the sex of a baby with 100% accuracy. What he would do is tell the expectant mother the sex but write the opposite in her notes. Then if the mother said he had got it wrong, he would show what he had written but if the mother said he was right, she'd be none the wiser.
