Hamster Pouch Stuck

What should i do about my 2 year old hamster. She over the past two weeks has filled her pouch to the max and it appears when she was trying to empty part of it got some wood chips mixed in with it and they are now lodged in her pouch. It seems that she cannot get them out and it is possible that it is now infected. What should i do to get them out?
