//Judge Paneth sentenced Samuels to serve two years in prison, Mubenga to 12 months and Karumwi to 15 months.
All three sentences were suspended for two years with a condition of unpaid work. Samuels must do 200 hours while the other two defendants have to do 100 hours each.//
"Obviously some don't think it is wrong for some to get off because they can afford to pay out compensation, this may be how some countries handle things but I never thought criminals could get away with it in the UK.
Our justice system is at times a complete joke."

"you have managed to turn the attention from the fact that some black savage thugs have been let off free to most likely attack someone else"
I really haven't.
You did, because in your haste to post this story, you didn't check the facts.
You don't need me to pull you up. There are plenty of other posters on AB who are just as good as me at pulling you up.
Be better.
Don't make it so easy for us.
And please read through your stories thoroughly before posting. I know the chip on your shoulder weighs heavily, but it's better for all of us if you perform due diligence before posting.
AOG, if you wanted to say simply that the suspended sentences were too lenient for these offences and these offenders, and give your reasons, you could have said so, and would have, no doubt, since you evidently take pride in the economy and accuracy of your language.
As it is, you are condemned by the heading and the very first sentence. "So that is..." gives the game away
