Parking Fine
12 Answers
Just read the other thread, and wanted to share about my experience.
Sunday, I went to the gym in my car, came out and I had a ticket. I had forgotten my blue badge too.
Thought... soddit, my own silly fault, came home and paid it.
Tuesday, went to my village coffee/bingo morning at the village pub, won £25.50, paying my fine early it cost £25 - so I reckon I am still up 50p :)

Ivor, sometimes a person with a genuine blue badge may appear to be fit and healthy.
My dad had one as he had COPD, followed by a double lung transplant. Some days he couldn't walk the length of himself so he would use his badge to park in disabled spots. Other days he was great so would just use a regular parking space. I'm sure people would see him getting out of his car on a good day and wonder if his badge was a fake.
