Anybody else watch BH on a regular basis, if so, who are your favourite experts, and which auction house would you like your items to be sold at?

Personally, I'd like Paul Laidlaw to by my expert, and Anita Manning's Glasgow sale room to be the venue for the sale.

I know hc, but she's sooooo enthusiastic.,
Not keen on Bargain Hunt.
Prefer Flog It and Antiques Road Show....
I think she's great
I watch it regularly and do like Anita Manning and Charles Hanson, they're both so animated when they take the auction, but couldn't really say who my favourite is. I like most of them. Either of the above's auction rooms would be ok with me.
New series of Antique Road Trip starting tonight!
Oops sorry, didn't answer the question. I'd prefer to go round on my own. I think the experts let the contestants buy rubbish most of the time! If I had to choose one, it would be James Lewis - he's just so nice! Auction House? Either Anita's or the one in Nantwich (my old home town; then I could wander around and see the place has changed).
There's an auctioneer (West Country I think) who is extermely p[olite when accepting bids.

'Sold to Madam' or 'Sold to Sir' always makes me smile.
Can't think of his name though.

I like Anita Manning.
eeek, supposed to be 'extremely polite.'
not the gibberish I typed.
Dunno about a favourite, but Kate Bliss is a disaster. I can't think why she's been kept on in the show for so long. As to sale-rooms, the folk in Glasgow seem most willing to part with their money. Quite a few of the English sale-rooms are invariably full of meany tightwads. When Tim announces the auction is to be held in one of those, I feel really sorry for the contestants.
^ couldn't agree more!
I watch it regularly, and Anita and Charles are the two I just can't stand... knowledgeable but I just don't like them. I like Antiques Road Trip though, which has largely the same experts. TBH - Tim Wonnacott gets up my nose too, I wish he wouldn't keep playing to camera.
I think the BBC fell out with the Auction House in Anglesey, because they dothe hunting at the Mona Antiques Fair and then sell them in Cheshire! As in today's episode.
James Lewis as the expert and Anita as the auctioneer or that bloke with the many waistcoats who bangs his gavel on the back of his clipboard
Laidlaw, Lewis, Harper (or the rather lovely Natasha). At Anita's in Glasgow.
I like Anita too and David Barby RIP. Do you think some of the 'bargains' are planted?
I don't, but Mr F loves it. Will ask his faves in the morning.
AYG. Yes I do.
Anyone but Phillip Serrell, all he buys is milking stools and brass coal scuttles for £45 and they sell for £8 on a good day
