no, but did used to make it years ago on the stove, as I recall is easy to make, but I made Lemon cheese, it's much the same so maybe try searching for a recipe for Lemon Cheese, that was what it was called when I made it, hope this helps!........

yes, once or twice for a cake when i only needed a small amount. easier and more controllable in a saucepan over a low heat on the stove.
My wife has frequently used the microwave oven for this. She claims it is not only much quicker but also almost totally foolproof. Her original recipe is in a book called "1000 recipes for the microwave oven" but no doubt you can find plenty of examples on the internet.
I have an old recipe for Lemon Roulade, the filling is made in the microwave.
125g unsalted butter,2 medium eggs,250g caster sugar, finely grated rind 3 lemons, 125ml lemon juice.
using a700 watt microwave, melt the butter for 1 min. In a large bowl whisk together the rest .of the ingredients, beat in the melted butter and cook in microwave for 2 mins. Beat well and cook for another 2 mins. The curd should be thick, coating the back of a spoon.Pour into small,clean jars,seal and cool.
