What does it mean when a married teacher in her 40s or 50s is looking at you licking her teeth from her desk when you look from your paper she quickly looks about an away and then on another day when she passes out papers to the class you look up again when you're done she's on the Wall in front of you and she's looking directly at you, you look at her & she does not look away she continues to look at you and you break eye contact & she still looking at you. The another time she was on the same wall looking at your paper when you look up. I don't know if she quickly looked down as soon as she saw me I just looked up and looked at my paper for the longest, I looked down and had to strong feeling that she was staring at me,she sighed loudly and told the class let's go over the worksheet together. Also when she lecturing what ever I look at her she moves backwards or away. When I seen her outside of class One day & smile or when she speaks to me her voice is not dull or rude. I just want to know what this means. Is this normal?

It doesn't mean anything, stop imagining that it does. You might be sitting somewhere right in her field of vision, and she's not actually looking at all. Licking her teeth? - just cleaning away the last of her coffee. For all you know she might be thinking you look like someone she knows, or at her age she taught your dad, or she's mentally making her shopping list.
Give this up - it's more than her job's worth to have any designs on you or any ideas about fancying you. Lots of kids have crushes on their teachers.

You maybe have a crush on your teacher.
You are probably reading more into what you see as non-verbal communication than is actually there.
If you stare at someone, it is a natural reaction that they stare back - it doesn't mean they are interested in you, or find you attractive, it simply means that they have noticed your interest.
Your teacher is probably used to interest from her students if she is attractive - it goes with the territory.
It does not mean she returns your interest!
Sorry to be a downer, but that's what this is - one-way interest only.
