If you read the actual advert, it says that you slip your chorizo into the ...thingy.... then there's a blobbed out pick of a woman with her fnny all ready to receive the chorizo, by the look of it.

Well spotted, sandy! - but I guess you could always not buy the thingy, and just use the chorizo....

Looking at this again sandy, I cannot help noticing that there do not appear to be any cooking instructions, as it is entitled Mastur-Baker & it is probably Dutch do you think that it should be done in the oven? I would of course when cooking this dish wear my Dutch Cap & serve it with sweetbreads and a creamy sauce.
