I am going to repaint my bungalow (4 years old) hall.
It has 5 doors which are the ones that most modern dwellings have these days, white with 6 panels, that look like plastic, IMO.

I was thinking of painting a different colour for each door, not a deep gloss, just a relaxing light shade.
The colour of the walls are painted in magnolia emulsion which I intend to keep.

Do you think it would look stupid?

It'll look sh1te. I'd paint them in magnolia eggshell or satinwood to match the walls, or paint them to match the rest of the woodwork.
Rusty, gerroff the fence and tell us what you really think :-)

Personally, I wouldn't do it trt, but your home, you do what you wish x
Now you're putting Trt off....it could look fantastic.....☺
It might look like a row of council houses :-)
5 different colours = 5 tins of paint, too expensive!
I have the same type of hall with 6 doors going off it. The only door that needs to look different is the one for the loo. I have made a small braided wreath there so that guests know where to go. I think that painting even with very mild colours would give your hall an untidy appearance.
