I received this today, I'm assuming it's a scam so not opening the attachment which came with it.

Thanks for your quick responses. I wouldn't open it grasscarp as I don't know who it's from.

chelle7272 it purports to come from [email protected] and when I opened the email it said it was from R.B.S, which could mean Royal Bank of Scotland of course, but the content of the email isn't very well stated which leads me to believe that it's not genuine.

A good clue Marje is when it does not address you by name. It will usually be to multiple undisclosed recipients. Sender is longing for you to click on the attachment or "just click on here to restore your service" etc.
