The woman is ill, more to be pitied.

The poor woman needs intense therapy and support.
Obviously, she's not listening to her family and friends who are telling her not to have more surgery.
The surgeons with a conscience won't touch her, but there will be someone out the who will no doubt, for the money.
If she does undergo the surgery, I hope there's a law that will prosecute the surgeon.
