Mac Hard Drive?

Hey there. What's up.
While I've gotten quite used to using Macs there is still quite a bit I need to learn.
How do I get into a Macbook Air's hard drive, specifically in my case to add fonts?
See this macbook came from my mother's office but she recently declared that she considers it mine because I am the one who uses it most. So I am talking it over with her and her boyfriend about installing my photoshop CS2 on here to eliminate my most vital use for my 5 year old Acer. But my fonts are a large part of the fan art and other work I do on photoshop. So if I am to put PS on here I'd need my fonts as well. I've already transferred them from the Acer to flash drive but I don't know where to go on the Macbook!

font book. i'm om my ipad now but if you cant find how to do it, i'll come back tomorrow and go through it. the help function on a mac is pretty good, if you search for add fonts, it should take you through it, its a while since i added any but i also kind of remember that if you open the file with the font in, there is an automatic add font option.
yup, I just had a look, when you open the font file, the option on the pop up box with the file in it is "install font?"
Photoshop CS2 won't run on your Macbook Air as it was designed for older powerPC Macs not Intel-based machines.
Fontbook is in your applications folder.
