Internet problem

yesterday, Everytime i tried to sell anything on ebay explorer crashed as some add on file ending in dllr (I think) was not responding. I have deleted the add on file but now when i proceed past the item description page i get the following message

Page Not Responding

Wait a few minutes and try to access the feature again.

Sounds like a typical eBay glitch. There have been a lot of complaints about it.
