Once again, Chelsea (almost single-handedly) ensure that England will have four places in next season's Champions League. Italy lost their fourth position after poor performances in Europe. England would lose their right to four teams without Chelsea's efforts ( Man Utd to a lesser extent), so shouldn't the country be behind them?
