jomifl; I'm sure you are being polite by not suggesting that I am a member of that group. :-)
Off-topic; Ref. Audacity. When you said "Save the track as an Audacity(default)file. You can convert the file MP3 by 'exporting it to storage media as an MP3 file" could you amplify (pun intended).

Khandro, when you have acquired your audio track in audacity you can save it in a variety of ways. To do this click on the top left hand 'button' marked 'file' then from the drop down box presented to you choose how you wish to save the file. My recommendation is to save it first as an 'audacity' file which will enable you to process it later if it needs tweaking, then save it again as an MP3 file by choosing 'export' about halfway down the drop down box. It should be self evident from there. If you need more help I may be wafting around spiritually on AB from time to time...good luck.

Yes,Jesus, use of exaggeration was to stress how hard it would be for Some. (Luke 12: 21)to understand.

Looking elsewhere, we find it noteworthy that more than once he use exaggeration.

It is easier for heaven and earth to pass away than for one particle of a letter of the Law to go unfulfilled. (Luke 16:17)

Obviously eternal life would have to take place in the longest lasting part of the universe, since that would define 'eternal'. Where that will be is of course a matter of conjecture.

Why would a spiritual existence rely on a physical universe ? Surely the obvious thing is that any eternal existence would not be in a long lasting part of our universe. One's awareness would surely be elsewhere (possibly everywhere).

Indeed. The Bible is obviously full of exaggeration. Healing the dead, walking on water, feeding the multitude. However the devoted seem to take these things as literal.

No doubt the key to this all is the wisdom of knowing how to read the Bible to mean whatever you want.

Anything that was OTT was an exaggeration but which things were exaggerated is a secret only known to true believers.

Recall what Jehovah’s inspired prophets said, even though this was long before the appearing of these modern-time ridiculers, scoffers, mockers. All the way from the antediluvian prophet Enoch down through almost three thousand years (Jude 14, 15)

Jesus Christ have foretold events and conditions due to mark these “last days. So it is really nothing unexpected that faith-destroying ridiculers should arise in these “last days” of this wicked system of things. Rather, their arising simply confirms the accuracy of the prophecies fulfil by them,simple.

He also said that the last days would come before some of those he was speaking to had died. He was clearly wrong about that so why do you continue to insist that any of the claims are true?

I believe the Bible speaks of Heaven as the dwelling place of God, so I don't think we will go there. As there is no Hell, I can't see us going there either. As the Bible speaks of earth is standing to times indefinately, it can't be destroyed.

Have you really thought about that? Stars and planets are dying – and emerging - constantly. The universe, I would suggest, is rather bigger than words written by ineffectual but pathetically arrogant men thousands of years ago.
