Mozilla Thunderbird
On powering up I unable to access my mailbox, server Virgin.
I use Mozilla Thunderbird.
Eventually I reinstalled the program and got the web working but nothing happens when clicking on the mailer icon. One suggestion was that it is a Virgin problem.
I'm unable to seek help on the Mozilla site as my P/W won't work and no response is received when asking for it to be reset. My email address has been unchanged for about 7 years but fortunately I can read my mail via webmail.
What is wrong?
