Will he still be manager of Arsenal next season? And, if not, will he choose to leave or will he be pushed?

It will probably depend on whether they qualify for the Champions League. If they don't I can't see his position being tenable.

Would Arsenal end their trophy drought if he was no longer there? I doubt it and fully expect to see him still in charge next season having, perhaps, made a few purchases over the summer.
/// will he choose to leave or will he be pushed?///

... and would we really ever know ?

These days such information tends to get leaked on the social media.

the sackings continue with Chris Hughton leaving Norwich tonight
According to my sources he is off if they don't qualify for the Champions League. Don't know if that's a mutual decision
Question Author
When you say "he is off..." do you mean that would be his decision because of his own standards or have the board set that criterion?
As I said, not sure, think mainly it's his decision, don't think he thinks they'll offer him enough money if there's no Champions League
// Arsenal will not countenance sacking Arsène Wenger even if season ends in FA Cup and fourth-place failure
Arsène Wenger can lose in FA Cup and miss out on Champions League qualification and still be allowed to decide his own future as Arsenal manager. //

His new target will be to win the Europa League.
There are signs that the players have had enough of Wenger.

From the Daily Telegraph:

// Arsenal players believe that manager Arsène Wenger’s refusal to work on the opposition has cost them a shot at the Premier League title this season.
The defeat at Everton last weekend meant that Arsenal have lost away from home against all their immediate rivals, conceding 20 goals.
Wenger’s side conceded six at Chelsea and Manchester City, let in five goals at Anfield and were beaten 3-0 by Everton. During each game, Wenger’s team conceded at least once during the opening 20 minutes.
The heavy defeats have led to Arsenal dropping out of the title race and the club now face a fight with Everton to qualify for the Champions League.
A section of Wenger’s squad would like to do more work on the opposition and believe it could help them to start stronger when faced by the Premier League’s better teams.
Jose Mourinho, the Chelsea manager, and Liverpool’s Brendan Rodgers sent their sides out to kill off Arsenal quickly by pressing high up the pitch, while Everton’s Roberto Martínez deployed Romelu Lukaku on the right to expose their opponents’ left side.
Wenger’s philosophy is to concentrate on Arsenal’s strengths and to send his side out to impose their style of play on the game, rather than trying to counter the opposition.
However there is a growing feeling that, while the approach works well against lesser teams, the best sides and more astute managers are finding it easy to pick Arsenal off.
Wenger is unlikely to change his approach for the FA Cup semi-final tie against Championship side Wigan Athletic at Wembley on Saturday. //
