Anything that restricts your ability to participate in activities or access goods or services is covered. You may have to explain the condition as it might not be visible, but allowances should be made where necessary.
when you say "profound" how often are the attacks (i would imagine if one had attacks every day, it might be different to if one had an attack 20 years ago)
profound syncope in an instant drop in blood pressure causing me to faint/ pass out with out warning the frequency of attacks in un-determinable go weeks with noting then have say 4 a month it also prevents me from driving DVLA rules.
I think the circumstances around your question would be useful. Eg is this a work related question, a transport question, or is it to do with a service you have experienced?
