What are killer heels. Are they the same as high heels? why are they called 'killer'? Is it because they are so high that they pinch or kill the feet of the wearer? Or is it because they are high and kinky and basically act like a headturner and kill the observer?

Perhaps the name was developed from the other heel-style called 'stiletto heels'. A stiletto, after all, is a dagger...ie a weapon designed to kill. For more information, click here
