How do you propose any of us do that retrocop? People did what they could and suggested she turn it off, which is I think about all anyone could do.

I'll have another go, despite removal of a question yesterday, I now know it's a Laptop not a desktop, so I wonder how she is using it, if for instance she's using it in bed and it's led on a sheet or quilt the air vents in the base will be blocked causing it to overheat, as the post was at 01:15 hrs I think that might have been the case.
