What can you do with a bookies that lets an under 18 bet and play on the machines?

He has a fake ID that looks nothing like him but has never been questioned.

I would think you are on the right lines with the Council. Trading Standards might be a good start.

Trading Standards is the body that catches people out for allowing sales to underage people. Whether it be alcohol, tobacco or gambling.

Are you intending the disclosure to be anonomous?

write on a letter the dates, times and location of the incidents and any other information you have about it such as name and age of the child and / or name of the assistant that served them and give it to trading standards or council.

Don't bookies have to have cctv or something?
