I have tried most of the various bottles of beer on Tesco's shelves ( not all at once ). Without doubt, the best tasting beer is Maxim.

Beer: Boddingtons is my first choice if the pub I'm in has it, then I like Caffereys, Worthingtons or Tetleys (in that order).

Lager (don't drink it alot and def never when I'm in a pub - usually on a hot summer's day when BBQing): Banks beer (from Barbados - can''t buy over here), Peroni, Bud Ice, Carling Premier.

For me it has got to be, in no particular order.

Greene King IPA

'Old Speckled Hen'

Marstons 'Pedigree'

Coors Light

Budweiser

Groslch or Kronenbourg, or in the summer Corona with a slice of lime. Occasionally Stella or Carlsberg Export.

I've never been a big fan of Bud, and an even smaller fan of Bud Light. What is it with Americans and their 'light' beers? Gimme a full-fat beer any day.

i drink lager with orange squash - anyone else drink this as it gets a funny face from the bar staff whenever i ask for it? its normal to dink lager with lime or black, so whats the problem with orange?!!

Real Ale - Gales HSB, probably will be extinct soon due to Fullers taking over Gales.

Lager - Heineken Export, from a can that has been in the fridge for at least 2 days, poured into a chilled pint glass.

Marstons "Pedigree" is a fantastic burton bitter brewed traditionally in the Burton union set.If it is kept well it is the Daddy!!!!!!My second fave has to be Everards Tiger ,it is wicked!!!
I love Efes which is Turkish, however Wetherspoon's have it now so don't have to wait till my hols.

kronanberg 1664 on tap and stella by the can/ bottle

it will be difficult to tell my favourite beer, but comming myself of the Beer by exelence (Belgium) I can tell you that there are only 542 different beers over there so if you whant to try something different just cross the channel and go for it, the warning that I can give you is to start with a the lowest alcohol percentage, the reason why i am saying this because our beers going from 5.4% to 13% prove on an half pint. I will also advise you to have a good meal before starting. Have a look on the web what kind of beers are availeble in belgium., just type Belgian Beers. just for curiosity try one of the fruit beers, such as Kriek, Lambic faro raspberrybeer they are nice
