I suspect this isn't an easy to answer to question......
Once you have eaten a meal what is the normal time for it to process through the digestive tract and no longer be vomittable?

When we were trying to work out what it was (stomach pain), my doctor told me that intolerances can come and go and that it could be anything you've eaten in the last two weeks- which is why food diaries are used.
