Typcial representations of common blood groups would be ;
A+. ARh+. There are subgroups of Group A that are sometimes listed, so you might see A1+, A2+ etc, but this distinction is fairly unimportant except in certain rare situations

The rhesus antigen is sometimes represented as A++, if the positive antigen has been inherited from both parents. If the blood has a negative and a positive antigen, it is still denoted as positive, in strictness it should be A+ -.

A+ is used as shorthand for either of these cases.

to be honest there are loads of blood groups, it just depends on what particular nomenclature this was and what particular thing it was testing. I'm a medic and i've never heard of it, but i'll speak to my friend who is a heamatologist and get back to you
