My grandson has been playing on my laptop, and has installed various things. When trying to uninstall one programme it won't do it unless I allow ASAP TECH HELP LLC to alter my hard drive.
Is it safe to allow this or am I making it worse?
Many thanks for any help.

Thanks have tried that but a pop up box appears from windows installer, user account control. which asks if I want to allow hard drive to be altered. I keep saying no but can't get rid of it. Do I need an expert to sort it out?
Feel I will make it worse.

Will it do any harm if I just leave it alone?
You could try the following :-

1. Click Start → Control Panel → Uninstall a Program.
2. When in the Add/Remove Programs/Uninstall a Program, look for RegClean Pro and other applications made by Systweak.
3. Click 'Uninstall' and then OK to save the changes.

Hans.
Next time set up a separate userid for him in Windows (easy to do) and give it limited function (also easy to do).

When he has gone delete his Windows userid and hopefully anything nasty he has downloaded will be deleted alongside it.
