Do you mean a AC unit for the home ?

I have one and the electric meter turns around like a over -excited banshee whenever I switch it on. Also, beware that in order to work, an AC unit needs to be vented to the outside world. I bought one from Dunelm Mills 5 years ago and I use it for a few days each summer. It works very well...just be careful its an AC unit and not just an air cooler.

Be wary of that lecky bill though !
