Crack Down On Mobile Users

NI are going to do as above. What about the eejits who, when their phone rings, pull in ANYWHERE, to take a call.

I thought there was a collision on a very busy road last week - all the traffic was revolving this particular car and when I passed there a gentleman sitting not a bit pertubed talking on his phone - probably a load of inane sh$t.

Nice one maggiebee......I often find it very strange that lots of Mobile Phone users shout and scream into an item of equipment that will transmit whispers. Also if their mobiles ring they must be answered immediately. I sometimes 'accidentally' trolley bump into them in supermarkets if they have stopped in the centre of an aisle.
