Final Update On Update Of "whoops"
5 Answers
Drove up to Congleton today, retrieved the car, drove it to scrap yard. Removed the wheels and put in our car as he might get something for them.
The car is in really good nick so I was horrified to see them put the windscreen through and lift it up with something I cannot remember the name of and put it with the junk. Got £100 pounds for it, so if he gets a bit for the wheels he might cover his costs.
Long day 3 hours there and 3 hours back. But I did demand payback! We were not all that far from Leek, I have an old friend who has a pub on the Buxton Road, so we called in, not seen him for about 20 years so had a good natter.
Got home about nine o clockwise. Shattered but job done.
