Has Anyone Been To Haad Khom Koh Phangan

Hi I am going to Koh Phangan in December and wondered if anyone has stayed at Haad Khom. I am thinking of either coconut bungalows or Coral bungalows. There are mixed reviews about both... booking not being kept, loud music at night. Has anyone stayed there that can give me some pointers thanks

I'm always puzzled as to why people seem to want opinions on places on Answerbank when there are plenty on tripadvisor. Going by tripadvisor I wouldn't touch the bungalows with a barge pole unless you're looking to get back to nature in very basic sounding accommodation.

well yes thats the idea, i want fairly deserted basic accomadation as cheap as poss

the reviews on trip advisor are one thing, but being able to question and answer with someone who has recently been there is something else!
