is a child on "statemented special needs" and medium level disability allowance entitled to free school meals with parents recieving WFTCredits?

As far as i understand, having a statement is irrelevent. You can calim free school meals if you are on job seekers allowance or income support. Not sure what WFT credits are though.

Yes you are entitled to free school meals. Also if your child is in a specialist school, you may be entitled to free transporation i.e. taxi or school bus
