// Oh to be so trusting, naïve and childlike... //
The jury system is mostly very effective. There have been miscarriages of justice, but that tends to be when the evidence submitted by the prosecution is not truthful. One the whole I think the Jury system is fully fit for purpose and is the best system available. The Crown, judiciary, and police seem to accept it works, so I do not accept that I am "trusting, naïve and childlike" for reeing with them.

oh the innocent here; there are plenty of cases of evidence of Madames keeping diaries, invoice 'records' and addresses of their clientele.....it's a business, the sordid stones are often there.
So why did our infamous songster take out a protection order on his or her 'nom de plume,' Kitty.....and long before this was broken across social media? Simple, he was there, the question legally being can anything be proven now as to illegal acts......

"Oh, Handy Andy, I've got a nice x year old boy coming in, if you are interested."
Sorry to be sordid but databases were valuable for the pimps/madames, as they are today, pen and ink being the media, not some excel or word spreadsheet - and the latter can be erased far quicker, when one thinks about it.

As mentioned previously, the Mary Moss list did not come from the Guest House. She was the child protection worker who listed the alledged abusers as reported to her by the dare home youths. The police took away her files, so she photographed items during the raid.
It is those pictures which form much of the speculation.

So much speculation, it would be shocking indeed if he was involved, but these 'historic' cases are becoming a bore. We won't know anything until the law tells us he is guilty or not. I find it sickening that people are so sure in their knowledge of someone they have never met, to subject them to this vilification.
