Too many to mention, but Shropshire blue, Lincolnshire poacher and a runny Camembert would certainly be on my cheeseboard.

Cathedral city my main cheese but I do like the different varieties they do at Xmas time .

A nice mature cheddar and a nice Danish blue.

Blacksticks Blue every time, with some crackers, grapes and walnuts, delicious.

When I was little there were only three types of cheese: Cheddar (known as Empire Cheese because it was imported from New Zealand), Cheshire, a crumbly pale yellow cheese, and Dairylea.
