Thanks loopy! I lost two stone last Summer and have only just got back into it after Christmas (yes, I know that was 4 months ago :-)). I'm just eating 1200 calories a day, but the only way I can stick to it is if I have about 700 of them when I get in from work! I know that's the worst way, but work keeps my mind of it during the day. I eat the same sort of stuff as usual, just less. I'm not really into veg and fruit, so I always fail if I do it that way. My resolution is to be healthy once I get to my target weight (not many lbs to go now!)
