really not far from me then bout 20minsxxxxx

I know this prob wont make you feel any better Sam but you will notice it 100x more than anyone else will! Toothpaste is a good idea, also heard there is a new spot treatment with anti-inflamm properties but it probably is a ridiculous price.

Accentuate the rest of your face ie lips and eyes and the spot will as good as disappear.

thanx alijangraxxxx

people usually scream in horror if you just squeeze them, but it always seems to me a good emergency solution. Less messy if you prick them with a needle then squeeze gently. They look far less noticeable when they're not white.

If your bf really gets uptight about the odd spot, drop a piano on his head.

No probs, I can empathise very much I get a lovely crop of spots every month too :(

best thing i ever bought for spots is the Rimmel cover up stick that is medicated - squeeze it, then zap it with this, and it will disappear pretty fast. The good thing about this is that you can even wear it at night! Also, if it is one of the big red, under the skin ones, try holding a covered ice cube against it to reduce the swelling. Have fun!!
