It's heartbreaking, how terrifying it must have been for those poor dogs doesn't bear thinking about.
I'm glad (as much as you can be with this kind of charity) that it has gone national so that they can get the centre rebuilt and carry on the good work that they were going.
Quite a few stories of locals who went in to try and rescue some of the dogs on the local news.
I'm sure most of the local reports I've read have said it was a 15 year old. I saw something about him having been recently attacked by a dog but don't know how true that it, no excuse though, an unbelievably cruel thing to do.
