Do you find it annoying when members here refer to others by their (presumably) real names and not their user names? To me it seems to confuse those of us who are not "in the know".

I've referred to people by their real names by accident.

Stewey...I think I gave you my email address.

Other people have changed their names but you still think of them as their previous name.

I try not to do it though. I think it's quite unwelcoming for new users although I know that's not anyones intention.
