Has anyone else evr tried these ? I have been doing them for years but everyone says " Yukkk " when I tell them.
They are fab with the occasional treat of a good old full english breakfast. Add a cup of them to the frying pan when you have finished cooking in it. toss the corflakes around for a few minutes so they don't burn and then tip onto kitchen paper. Added to the side of the plate they are yummm. The kids love them, but I don't do them very often as they are fattening.

Brush with oil then bake in a hottish oven till cooked (30 mins or so). Sounds weird but delicious - children love them and much better for you than KFC
