Rwc 2015 Tickets.....help!

Has anyone managed to buy RWC tickets? I'm sure i'm missing something stupidly obvious but I can't get to the bit that says "browse matches", here's the guide:

see the guide on page 3(step 1- build your application) it mentions a drop down and a navigation bar but neither seem to be in the picture of the site in the guide and neither are on the actual site. I have registered and logged on but I'm getting nowhere. All i get is the "getting started" page but no "browse matches" link. I tried all the links lots of times just going round in circles. What am I missing?
