I wonder if some of these cases shouldn't fall under the remit of 'Restorative Justice'? In that way, the accused could meet the accuser, acknowledge his/her offences and between them decided what would be a 'fair' outcome, rather than going down the route of lengthy, costly trials..... I know that there are a great many serious cases where a trial is the only...
I'm with Chili here ( 11:23) No one can say that the CPS didn't make a thorough of trying to get him sent down. Lets hope it all over for him now and they don't have another bite of the cherry.
khandro - as a bisexual woman (and a very active one at that :-)) i can assure you i wouldn't give a *** who was doing the groping, it would be very wrong. what a stupid, old fashioned and out of touch comment that is. and btw.....i have only ever been groped by dirty old men who do not know how to behave in public, or private. like you, it seems!
