phleb...he was on Police bail and had been assessed by the Police. He chose to groom children and he was turned in. He chose to take his own life.They were all his choices.
Again i'd urge people to look at Stinson Hunters FB page/website before making any decisions. He has worked closely with the Police.He is not a vigilante. He exposes men (sadly always men) who choose to groom young children and physically turn up to meet them when they know they are 12/13/14 yr old.
Mamya...they don't think of their families when they set out on the road to violate others. They should be afforded protection ...by the very person who is laying them bare.There's victims everywhere.

I totally agree with you and the work they do is great , but taking away the 'outing' on YouTube etc. protects the other innocents caught up in this.

wolf...they turn up under their own volition to meet young boys and girls.They are under no dillusion who they expect to be meeting.
This has been ongoing for a few years now, there has been several successful prosecutions and hopefully hundreds of kids have been spared the horror of a sexual predator,paedophile messing up their lives forever.
Its a no brainer. Those predators are masters of their own destiny. It's really that simple.

Why did most of the men get suspended sentences, yet two were sent to prison, and the one who had come from Manchester got off altogether?

I assume Stinson is on benefits as there was no mention of him working?

I think what he does is great! I agree with Anne, he is a little unusual, especially when it comes to the work he does, nobody says he is bad, a little strange maybe.
I wonder just how many young girls like Alice Gross he has saved so far!

I agree with whoever said that it shouldn't be posted on-line and evidence should be given to the police.

It was mentioned in the programme that posting the recordings on-line gave the perpetrator time to get rid of evidence.

Reading the other thread about this it's alleged that one bloke thought he was meeting an 18 year old and didn't find out she was 15 until he was in the location they'd arranged to meet. As he left he was confronted and accused of being a paedophile in public. If true that's very wrong.

that is true ummmm, it happened here (that actual event) the guys life was wrecked. i don't think it was stinson who set it up though.

im really unsure about what he's doing - yes i want paedos to be caught & punished but i fear for wrongful accusations. you post something online as a"fact" (mainly on fb) and the amount of people who just believe it without any evidence or proof backing it up is shocking.
