Is anyone else having problems logging into btinternet emails this morning? I put in my passwords, it thrashes about for a bit saying it's busy, then tells me that my account isn't available :-(
Yours may be back but mine's still playing up, still refusing my correct password but occasionally sends off my test emails. Just glad I'm not relying on this for a business.
Had problems since late yesterday, sent them a 'Contact us' email 1600ish,
saying, " Ref Email addy ****@bt etc, you are really P***ing me off, sort it"
I now have full Email service again!
Good job it was a universal problem then Baldric because most advisers receiving an email like yours will do everything they can to shove you to the back of the queue. I know I would.
How is abusing an adviser helping matters?
To be fair Kermit I've just given you the 'Gut Reaction' which is maybe not fair, we do equip all our rentals with BT Broadband as well as home, so we are worth a modest amount of money to them!
