"...no difference between a cyber vault and a bank vault."
Quite clearly there is. It seems any spotty geek with a keyboard and a modicum of nous can gain access to these "cyber vaults". I don't think the same can be said of bank vaults. Sorry but the internet and its associated facilities are notoriously vulnerable. Stories abound almost daily of unauthorised access being gained to stuff even in the seemingly most secure locations. The last place I would choose to deposit anything I'd prefer to see kept private would be in the "Cloud" and anyone doing so is a trifle dopey. It doesn't excuse the thief, but it does demonstrate the foolishness of the victim.
