I made Butternut squash soup at the weekend, for the freezer. Yesterday i defroasted one to have for my lunch, but didn't fancy it so its still in the frigde. I am out for lunch today so my question is will it still be alright to eat tomorrow lunch time.
Its been in the fridge the whole time and contains - BNS, Lentil and Onions
TIAx
You should be able to tell by looking at it. If your fridge is too warm and it isn't ok then it will have a furry coating over the top. Otherwise it should be fine.
If you get a chance and want to buy some - the Coop's fresh Chicken & Butternut soup is absolutely delicious, I have three pots of it in my fridge at the moment!
