Useful to know, thanks
Yay! Tesco points when I shop at Aldi :D

I just had to Google to see if we have a local Branch, it appears it's about 6 miles away, but then so is the local Waitrose.

I pay my c/c off every month. Now I can put all my groceries on one card so I know what I'm spending every month. Hang on a minute, maybe that's a bad idea!
And so do I, Jeza. I make at least £150 a year just using my Tesco card.
Following Lidl's decision to accept credit cards a while ago.....

Tell me about the Tesco card HC.
Probably a Tesco credit card, Jeza.
Watch the prices - they will be putting them up, to pay for the admin for paying by credit card

My C/C is with my bank. £150 per annum is £3 a week. How mush do you have to spend to get that rebate?
It is a Tesco credit card and I use to pay for everything I can - house and car insurances, shopping in store and online, holidays, services.....as long as I don't get charged extra for using a credit card, I use it.

Not just for the Tesco points but for convenience and the extra protection I get under s.75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
By the way, the rebate is in way of Tesco vouchers which I can either spend in store on grocery shopping or take advantage of their Clubcard rewards which offers up to 4 times the value.

I make around £55 a month on my current account - Santander 123.
Am I missing something here? How do you make money with a credit card?
You use a credit card that gives rewards, such as Tesco Credit Card (there are many others) and always pay in full so you don't pay interest.
