Did I really write 'practicing', last night? Oh dear. That will teach me not to imbibe whilst typing!
Perhaps it's going round in circles that addles the spelling brain....☺
That must be it, gness. I knew there must be some explanation.
I spotted all the cobwebs in the corners last night...round and round and round I went....it's fun though....☺
Get one of those long handled, feather dusters and you can de-cobweb as you spin.
Sorted.
Clever....although....spin, balance and dust....hmmmmm..x

Good morning Tilly! My tilly twister starts to try and rotate after I've done about 100 twists but I do have one hip that's less strong than the other so thought that was the reason. I do 100 twists with my arms swinging as if I'm jogging, then 100 with bent knees, then 100 punching the air in front as if I'm boxing. The bent knees is the most difficult, but for such a little piece of kit it really does get you a good work out. Haven't lost any cm's yet but only been doing it a week!
Good morning, Retro. That sounds good. I don't do the bent knees thing. I feel it puts too much strain on my gammy knee.
In the charity shop today...a Tilly Twister...£3.50....

I hope it's because the previous owner is now so slim and toned it's no longer needed.....☺
That must be the case, gness. Job done.
