My local chemist sells, amongst other things, herbs and spices. I can buy lovely, long, moist vanilla pods for 60p each. Compare that to the small, dried thing you buy in a jar in the supermarket for about �2.00. Can anyone beat 60p for quality vanilla?

I don't know where you're based but I'll be checking out some of my local chemists as that is such a bargain!!
