I used to enjoy the "Samurai" puzzles here -

They have a different difficulty level each day (Easy; Moderate; Hard; Fiendish; Evil). You can print from the archive (box shown halfway down, left-hand side).

The "Print" button is at bottom right of the grid - I used to print one then flip the page & print another to save paper.
